Spanien

Spain is located in southwestern Europe and borders France, Portugal, Andorra and Morocco. Spain also includes the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla on the North African coast. Mallorca is the largest Spanish island. This very popular holiday destination has a lot to offer - beautiful landscapes, exciting cities and of course lots of sun. Spain is particularly well visited because of the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear water in the Balearic Islands.

Best time to travel is:

Mainland & islands: suitable for beach holidays all year round. Spring is most pleasant.

Portugal

One of the most famous attractions in Portugal. the wonderful Algarve with its beautiful beaches, idyllic natural landscapes and romantic villages and towns. The Algarve covers the entire south coast and is one of the most popular holiday regions. The reason for this is its stunningly beautiful coastline, including the famous Ponta da Piedade, the cliffs of Sagres or the beach of Benagil with its unique cave. The wonderful towns such as Lagos with its historic center, the cute Albufeira or the port city of Faro are also well worth seeing.

Griechenland

Greece is one of the sunniest and most island-rich countries in Europe - over 3,000 islands belong to Hellas, of which only around 110 are inhabited. The most popular include the islands of Kos, Santorini, Crete and Rhodes. More than two thirds of the country is mountainous! Most of the country's most important attractions are located on the mainland. Athens, with its famous Acropolis, the "floating" Meteora Monasteries at Kalambaka or ancient Olympia are just a few of the many highlights that the land of gods and myths has to offer.

The best time to travel is from June to October, when the outside temperatures are around 30 degrees and the water temperatures are between 21 and 25 degrees

Sri Lanka

There are extensive river landscapes and bathing bays on the southern coast of Sri Lanka. The east coast of Sri Lanka is known for its picturesque sandy beaches. The north coast of Sri Lanka is also an ideal destination for yoga and culture lovers. The consistently warm tropical climate and hardly any precipitation ensure a wonderfully sunny stay. The yoga beaches on the Sri Lankan west coast (Hikkaduwa, Bentota, Beruwala) are among the most beautiful in the country.

Taking the train from Kandy to Ella is an absolute highlight!

Marokko

Morocco is an incredibly diverse country.

In addition to the imposing Atlas Mountains, the magical green oases, magnificent mosques,

Beautiful and culturally important royal cities (Fès, Marrakech, Meknes and Rabat), kilometers of sandy beaches, seemingly endless deserts and the Atlantic Ocean, the fairytale country in North Africa also impresses with its oriental flair from 1001 Nights.

A visit to the city of Casablanca, which is located on the Atlantic coast, is particularly popular. People are welcome to visit the Hassan II Mosque here; whose minaret is a whopping 210 meters high - making this place of worship the tallest in the world.

Thailand

Also called the “Land of Smiles”!

Thailand, which lies in the heart of Southeast Asia, offers its visitors Buddhist culture, beautiful sandy beaches, impressive underwater worlds and culinary delights. Northern Thailand's landscape is characterized by numerous mountain ranges and river valleys. Compared to the Bangkok metropolitan area or the party beaches in southern Thailand, northern Thailand (Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son,
Pai, Chiang Rai). The most beautiful palm-lined beaches with the finest white sand in all of Thailand can be found in southern Thailand.

Best time to travel November - March.

Bali

Bali, island of the gods!
In addition to the tropical beaches, Bali also has a lot to offer for those interested in culture, nature lovers, surfers, divers and fans of good cuisine. To enter Bali you need a passport that is valid for at least 6 months. If you have a plane ticket for your return journey, you can enter the country without a visa. Bali has a warm, tropical climate with average temperatures of 30 degrees. My personal favorite locations include Ubud and Lembongan.
